A Native Language Permit is valid for two years. An individual who holds this permit is eligible to teach the Arapahoe and/or Shoshoni language(s), grade levels K-12.

Permit Requirements:

• Written approval from the Tribal Council Committee
• Written Verification of Employment from the employing school district (see supplemental forms section of the application)

Renewal Requirements:

• Written approval from the Tribal Council Committee
• Written Verification of Employment (form is in application packet)
