PTSB would like to remind you that you must use the username you received via email once you have registered for an account through PTSB’s new system. Your username will always be your email address that you used to register for your account, plus .ptsb, see example below: janedoe123@email.com.ptsb
All usernames must include the .ptsb at the end, or you will not be able to access your account.
