Notice – All online applications have the required forms embedded. If needed, you can also find these forms on the PTSB Downloads page.
To avoid delays in processing your application, please read the instructions, complete all sections and submit all required documents. Incorrect or incomplete applications will delay processing and may lead to its cancellation. If your application is cancelled, any fee(s) paid will be forfeited per PTSB Rules and Regulations, Chapter 9, Section 3 (b) regarding incomplete applications. The applicant will then be required to restart the application process. For a list of application fees, please review the fee schedule.
If you do not have a valid set of fingerprints on file with PTSB, you will need to submit 2 blue FBI Fingerprint Cards.
All applicants (including Coaches) must demonstrate knowledge of the US and Wyoming Constitutions.
