If you are RENEWING or REINSTATING your certification, DO NOT click the New Application button on the home screen. Instead, click the Certifications Tab on the top left side of your screen. You will see all expired and current certificates.
To RENEW, click the drop down arrow on the active certification you wish to renew. If you are renewing, the certificate must have the status “Active – Eligible to Renew” before you can renew. Click Renew and you will be able to start the renewal process for your current certification.
To REINSTATE an expired certificate, click the drop down arrow on the expired certificate you wish to reinstate. Click Reinstate and you will be able to start the reinstatement process. NOTE: You must complete the reinstatement application in one sitting, as you cannot close out and go back in to complete this application.

As PTSB enters our busy season, we remind you that we experience a significant increase in the volume of applications, phone calls, and emails we receive, which causes delays in our processing and response times.
Starting June 1, 2026, the Licensing Specialists will only be available to respond to emails and calls, and to return voicemails, between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily until further notice, so that mornings are dedicated to application processing.
Lastly, when contacting our office, please leave only one voicemail or send us only one email, as multiple calls and emails slow our response times. Your questions are important to us, and we will do our best to respond as soon as possible.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time!
