PTSB does not issue endorsements for instructional facilitators. Wyoming Statute requires the instructional facilitators hold a five year Standard Educator license, must have taught at least five years in the classroom and have a Master’s Degree or National Board Certification. It is up to the district to decide on the assignment of that facilitator, however districts should refer to W.S. 21-13-335 for additional requirements in addition to licensure.

Paraprofessional

PTSB does not issue any specific license or permit for paraprofessionals. Each district determines their own requirements for this position. Our recommendation is that you contact the district that you are interested in and discuss the requirements of the paraprofessional position with them directly.
