This application packet is for educators applying for an Initial or Reinstatement Wyoming Educator License in the following areas:

Teachers
Administrators (Superintendents and Principals)
Professional Services Personnel (School Psychologist, School Social Worker, and School Counselor)

Please do not include the following when completing the PDF application ONLY:

1. Social Security Number (PTSB staff will contact you for this information if we are unable to locate your information in our system).

2. Any Form of Payment. PTSB staff will send a payment invoice via email for you to make the payment online once your application has been received.

3. Fingerprint cards (These must be mailed to the PTSB office).
