To Submit Workshop Requests

PTSB no longer accepts workshop requests via fax, email, or mail. All requests must be submitted through our new licensure system. Please click the Workshop Facilitator Portal button in the green bar at the top of this page to register for an account through our online licensure system. When registering, please click on the Workshop Facilitator access.

Please see the chart below for required contact hours and their conversion into credits. Workshops that are less than seven hours cannot be submitted for credit.

 

7 Contact hours = ½ credit14 Contact hours = 1 credit
21 Contact hours = 1 ½ credits28 Contact hours = 2 credits
35 Contact hours = 2 ½ credits42 Contact hours = 3 credits
49 Contact hours = 3 ½ credits56 Contact hours = 4 credits
