To File a Complaint
To initiate a disciplinary action against a certified employee, a formal written complaint must be submitted to PTSB. Please see Chapter 9, Section 7: A license, permit, or Exception Authorization may be suspended or revoked for the reasons stated in W.S. 21-2-802.
Please note: PTSB does not respond to anonymous complaints.
