The Certifications Sub-menu in the online portal is where you’ll find your certificate once it’s been issued. You are able to download and print your certificate from there.

To request a copy of your certificate issued prior to March 31, 2025, please send a request to .  Please include your full name, including any aliases, date of birth, and what you are requesting in your email.
